Housing Projects
Designing spaces that heal, include, and endure.
This housing portfolio explores how architecture can respond to aging, community, and cultural identity through thoughtful, human-centered design. Solace Project is an elderly housing concept inspired by Tadao Ando’s philosophy — emphasizing light, silence, material honesty, and emotional calm. The project reimagines aging as a dignified phase of life, supported by architecture that promotes reflection, autonomy, and quiet social connection. Z-ongo Project draws inspiration from traditional Zongo neighborhoods, translating their organic layouts and social cohesion into a modular, modern housing system. It prioritizes inclusivity, adaptability, and shared living while remaining environmentally responsible. Together, these projects investigate how housing can be both culturally grounded and forward-looking — supporting vulnerable populations while fostering strong, sustainable communities.

It's more than just transportation; It's a movement towards sustainability, fitness and freedom. BusangaApp is Artheta Inc.’s flagship mobility and wellness project — a cycle-sharing platform built for students and gated communities across Africa. It’s more than just transportation; it’s a movement toward sustainability, fitness, and freedom. With GPS-enabled bikes and built-in health tracking (heartbeat, weight, and calories), BusangaApp helps you move smarter and live better — all through a simple monthly subscription. We’re kicking things off this August 2025, offering students affordable, eco-friendly rides and the tools to track their wellness on the move. Partner with us to make African mobility sustainable. Tseame Buds
Sound that Speaks Culture.
Tseame Buds is a conceptual smart earbud project exploring the intersection of technology, lifestyle, and cultural identity. Designed as more than an audio device, Tseame Buds reimagines everyday tech as a form of self-expression — blending minimalist industrial design with African-inspired textures, colors, and form language. The concept explores features such as adaptive sound modes, gesture-based controls, and context-aware audio profiles for study, movement, and creative work. Tseame Buds sits at the crossroads of fashion, sound, and culture — asking how personal technology can feel more human, expressive, and rooted in place.
